All organizations affiliated to the Canadian Labour Congress, located within a radius of one hundred and ten (110) kilometres of the City of
Medicine Hat, shall be eligible for membership.
Regular meetings of the Labour Council shall be held at 7:00 P.M. on the second (2nd) Thursday of each month.
The Officers of the Labour Council shall be elected by the Labour Council at the Annual General Meeting, which will be held at the regular meeting in April.
Each affiliated local union, branch or lodge shall pay a per capita tax of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per member, per month.
